Someday

 

I won't be here for long

This is not my home

23 years I have been strong

All I wanted was to roam

 

I won't be here forever

This is not where I belong

I would hate to say never

But it feels like this is lifelong

 

I won't be here tomorrow

I'll be on the news & on the run

Waiting for this place to blow

Chasing after the sun

 

I don't know where I'll be

I might be the local stray

I'm suffering and you can see

I needed to get out of here someday
