Time and time again, we see ourselves slipping into a place of deep pain, where we can't even articulate the pain. But I want to try and articulate what I think can be a glorious end result of your story if you just take a step to walk through this with yourself and have a real heart to heart.

First of all, dear, you are not alone. In your isolation, you may think you're your only friend, but God is watching over you. You absolutely have nothing to worry about when your held in his arms. He is near in times of trouble. He cannot stand to see you like this.

You need to heal. One way to do that is to get away from these bad thoughts. What's a way to combat this? Get a friend. A real one. And listen to them vent while you release your own thoughts. But choose a friend with perspective. Someone who's overcome what you've been through. Don't live in the trauma of your past alone. Get some fresh eyes on your situation.

Don't forget who you are: You are fearfully and wonderfully made. You can't let any kind of darkness tell you that you are not worth it, that who you are is never going to be enough. Because guess what? When God formed you in your mother's womb, it wasn't an accident.

Keep your joy close to you. There is a verse I want you to know. "The joy of the lord is my strength". Yeah, joy can leave you when you experience turmoil, but listen to me, joy functions like a supernatural mechanism fighting your battles and restoring your strength. Do all you can do to keep your fire lit inside of you.

Do you need to listen to music for three hours straight? Do you need to go on a long walk in the woods? What do you need to do, love? Go and do it. Noone will judge you. I don't know if you have a parent helping you or need one in this moment of time but you can be your own parent and always try to watch out for yourself.

Remember love. And remember hope, And remember faith. Keep it close to you. Gaurd your heart. And I will be here cheering you on. And God will be proud when you overcome this. You are stronger than you think.

28 "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." -Matthew 11:28-30
