Invisible and powerless, I'll go

By faith to conquer lands I do not know.

Though circumstances shake and threaten me,

Though mountains fall into the yawning sea,

Though understanding fails, and tears should blind,

I'll go in faith my victory's assigned.

We have not many roads from which to choose

But two: to go God's way or to refuse

And take to self or to the world-wide path.

Our trials prove and trials come unbid.
