FUN TIP WHEN WASHING YOUR HANDS

I know things are a bit terrifying right now with the outbreak of the Coronavirus and how quickly it's spreading. However, there are always things that we can do in order to help keep our immune system up in hopes of becoming less vulnerable to an outbreak like this one.

You've probably heard that wearing masks is a good way to prevent it, however, doctors have been saying recently that this isn't really as effective as we thought it would be (unless you do have the virus). Instead, constantly washing our hands and avoiding touching our face are two things that will allow us to get rid of as many germs as possible!

So, I wanted to share a fun trick that my dad and sister taught me: sing Happy Birthday while washing your hands! This will ensure that you are washing them for 20-30 seconds which is the ideal amount of time this activity should last. Make sure you scrub in between your fingers, the back of your hands and even go up to the beginning of your arms. But more importantly, have fun singing Happy Birthday :)
