Last night, in the middle of scrolling through my phone, I ran into what was surprisingly an interesting and introspective test; the Enneagram Test.

It was 2 am and I was still restless, so I decided to take this personality test that defines you as a "type." The questions were very personal and deep, which led to a lot of self reflection. After taking the test, I got my result: type 3 - "The Achiever."

The reason I am sharing this is because reading the results was extremely healing and it shed so much light on what my underlying thoughts and characteristics are. I know some people might be skeptical and think this is similar to our horoscopes and our signs, but there was so much more depth to the way they describe the types.

I was already emotional after reading phrase after phrase that resonated with me and hit the vulnerable aspects of my personality. But the true emotions were heightened when I found out that the artist Sleeping At Last created an album called Atlas: Enneagram. He wrote 9 songs, one dedicated to each type.

I have never felt so connected, affected and moved by art before. The lyrics and melody were so powerful that I was moved to tears by the message that Sleeping At Last gave to us "the number 3's."

Music heals, and having found out about this personality test and Sleeping At Last's album was a magical experience.

I recommend it to anyone that wants to feel more connected with their inner self and open up to a world of vulnerability and self-discovery.

Have a beautiful Sunday.

George Gurdjieff said something interesting about the enneagram-if one can understand it then one can know everything. "All knowledge can be included in the enneagram and with the help of the enneagram it can be interpreted. And in this connection only what a man is able to put into the enneagram does he actually know, that is understand...Everything can be included and read in the enneagram." (a quote of Gurdjieff reported by P.D.Ouspensky pg 294 In Search of the Miraculous)
