When I was growing up, the world of creative writing and publishing seemed a mysterious rabbit hole. You had to be a member of a writing society or a scholar at a university to get directly connected to popular authors and renowned publishing houses. I feel honored to now live in the age of technology, when the back door to many industries is swinging wide open. I suggest we all take advantage of it! Not only can we sign up for online writing classes led by professionals, but while we're saving up our nickles and dimes, we can benefit from incredible free writing advice through social media.
