Hi guys!

January is almost over, so I thought this would be the perfect time to ask: how are those resolutions going?

I am using this article as a way of reminding both you, the reader, and myself, to keep working on those goals!

I know this month has felt like three months without vacation, but let's push through and work hard so that we can stay motivated and finally achieve those resolutions that we may have been putting off (for a few years or so).

Stay focused, motivated and happy 2020!
