FINDING YOUR MUSE

What inspires you? What keeps you going? What or whom is your muse? As a writer, I have discovered that this inspiration can come from anyone or anything. I have found inspiration and ideas in things as fantastic as a real life love story to the most mundane like doing laundry. My problem was learning to listen and channel these inspirations. I have learned to listen to the voices in my head. Yes, I know how that sounds, but I am really not crazy. The voices of my book characters pass through my head all day. I now see this as normal. I will admit though, for a while I just thought I was losing my mind. I hope you all find inspiration and allow it to flow into greatness. Here's to hoping we can all get along with the voices in our heads.
