THE BEAUTY OF UNCERTAINTY

Do you ever feel lost, confused, and scared for what lies ahead? Well, I think we’d all be lying if we said we’ve never felt this way. Whether you are graduating from school, switching jobs, moving somewhere new, or just plain uncertain— you’re not alone. Not only are you not alone, but you are at a beautiful stage in your life, even if you don’t realize it.
Uncertainty is something we should all embrace when we are faced with it. The best way to embrace uncertainty is through hope and confidence. When you don’t know what lies ahead, always remember that the best is yet to come. Change is different, but it is also good for us. Do you wish you were living the exact same life you were ten years ago? Of course not! Although you may not know what new changes entail, revel in the excitement. Most importantly, you can always be confident in your ability to lead yourself toward your best life.
Another wonderful thing that comes with uncertainty, is a swift push out of our comfort zone! Sure, it's nerve-wracking… it is the opposite of comfort. Luckily, the best things happen outside of our comfort zones. We learn more about ourselves and our abilities that can make our lives so much greater. When you get out of your comfort zone, you begin to realize you can handle just about anything— good or bad, you are in control! When you leave your comfort zone, all of a sudden the nerves and worries that once plagued your mind can no longer touch you.
Uncertainty is scary. However, the fear it brings is what motivates us to take new chances in our lives. What lies ahead of these chances is unclear, so don’t sweat it. Be excited. Be adventurous. Be uncertain of the future— and love it!

This is so true. I learned this going to camp. Being a highly introverted person, but more on the shy side than reserved. I learned how multi-faceted and sociable I am and can be. -
There's a saying about not stressing about the things that you can't control. It is so true, and really helps you to have an overall better experience in life. "What's meant to be, will be?

Couldn't agree more with this! Comfort zones can be our greatest enemies. Thanks for sharing Emily! -
