I am semi-retired and began writing at the urging of my therapist. What began as a way to tell my own personal story in the form of a short memoir, has now morphed into writing about things I have a passion for. I have also begun writing a bit of poetry. One poem in particular that I wrote won an award from a local bookstore where I live. I love reading other writers work here and being inspired!
